Called customer to update status on filters. Customer got upset that the filter replacement costs is too much. Clarified and explained to customer that we discussed all pricing before leaving his home when we replaced his tub spout. Customer mentioned that we did not fix his kitchen faucet correctly and now facing the other way. Informed customer we didn’t touch nor looked at his kitchen faucet while we were there. Reminded customer the only things he had us look at were his shower head that was producing low water pressure, tub spout in the other bathroom that was not letting water all the way to shower head, and look at reverse osmosis system. Informed customer that we did fix his shower head pressure in the other bathroom by opening up valve all the way open by shower arm. We did fix his tub spout by install in a new one. We did discuss pricing with filter replacement and reminded customer that he agreed to it before leaving his home. Reminded customer that before leaving his home
