Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Verified operation of the humidifier. Found that the humidifier panel is coated in calcium and the solenoid is hardly allowing water to flow. Spoke with homeowner about the system. With homeowners approval will reach out Friday the 2nd to schedule blower and duct cleaning. Installed a new humidifier panel and solenoid valve.
