Completed furnace, maintenance and inspection. I cleaned flame sensor and wiped down furnace. I tested components and amp draws. I changed out. Customer provided air filter. I checked airflow and temp splits. Fresh air intake was not ran outside so the furnace is drawing air from the furnace room. Since the water heater is an electric water heater, the furnace is OK to draw from that room. One of the wires when bumped was rubbing up against the inducer motor. I zip tied the wires more securely, so that way the inducer motor does not ruin the wire. Customer would like to look further in at the membership for now. Furnace is operating within manufacture specifications at departure.
