Went for a maintenance call today for heat. Tested for static pressure system is at max when in heat for both systems. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications for both systems. Did a combustion test is within range for both systems. Inspected heat exchanger no cracks/leaks were detected for both systems. Upstairs unit does have some rust on eyelids for the heat exchanger. Checked temp split and is passing for specifications for both systems. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch hose for both systems. Both systems are up and running before departure.
