Customer called in needing kitchen sink augured. Both sinks full of water. Gave customer pricing and customer approved pricing. Informed customer that we are not liable for any faulty or broken pipe before starting work. Customer understood. Augured kitchen drain line a few times and couldn’t make it past a certain point in the line. Informed customer of findings. Was able to restore flow however cable came back up with lots of grease. Informed customer to use dawn and hot water to fill both sinks up and do that daily for the next couple of weeks to help with the grease build up.
