12-31-25 Today I performed the winter light visual check out 1-Hot Deck unit 1- Cold Deck unit 1- 5 ton RTU 1- 5 ton split system furnace Only had one issue on the cold deck unit. I had an active diagnostics on #2 compressor. (High comp diff failure) I do get this diagnostics fault usually when we have some real extreme up-and-down weather temperatures. I reset the unit electrically system is working at this time All other units are working properly They do have one area and Melissa’s office. We need to add a 12” ceiling register with some ductwork off of the VAV box above Melissa’s office. This will be done as a time material. Also, I need to do some research and locating a mechanical thermostat that will operate this particular system
