Today when I arrived I checked in and the equipment room on the lower level was opened. Gary was not on-site today so I found the unit that served the offices that were cold. The furnace for those offices and the break-room was labeled. After the furnace was located I opened the blower/control and performed a visual inspection. The control board was not powered. I reset the switch on the side of the furnace and the system fully powered up. I checked the function for heat mode with the thermostat. The furnace was checked and there were no function related issues discovered at this time. I relayed this to them and it was decided that if there is another issue with this furnace to call. In addition to this when Gary returns if he has any questions I am available for a phone call to discuss the testing results today.
