Customer called in needing a quote to replace current water heater and also run new water lines to their basement Lav faucet. They have had it freeze couple of times already. Recommended we run pex instead of copper as pex allows room to expand in the event if line freezes. We will need to cut some Sheetrock to run new pex lines. Checked water pressure and water pressure is at 110psi. Per code, water pressure should not exceed 80psi. Customer will need to have an outlet ran for tankless water heater. We will be providing Navien 240A2 for the tankless water heater. We will remove and haul away old water heater. All retro fitting will be included with pricing for tankless water heater. Customer will think over options.
