Customer called in needing kitchen drain line augured. Upon arrival, both sides of the drain are backing up. Line is PVC. Gave customer pricing to augur kitchen drain line. Customer agreed to pricing. Augured kitchen drain line multiply times and after couple of hours of auguring, informed customer that kitchen drain line needs jetted. A lot of sludge build up in kitchen line. Referred customer to a couple of local companies that have jetters that are designed for kitchen drain lines.
