Today when I arrived I checked in as relayed to me that the make-up air unit was not heating well. The indoor temperature at the thermostat control was 64degf. The off setpoint on the thermostat was 64degf. I raised the setpoint and the unit turned on and the burners lit. In addition to this there is a return in the office that has cold air falling out of it during high wind conditions. On the roof the rtu that serves the office was inspected for any panels missing and the economizer was confirmed as being closed. The return duct run is straight from the roof to the office with no bends. All panels for the rooftop unit are in place. The make-up air unit was checked and the unit is operating properly. The new belt that was installed recently was checked for proper tension and is doing great.
