I was a customer for many years. Your Office & Delivery was always to the highest standard. Your maintenance person needs to be more polished. This is the second time I have told your company & no one ever got back with me about this issue. I have an handicap adult son who lives in my basement. All I ask is that the tech wear a mask when he service the furnace. Also close the door to the basement when opening it. I need to have my new Lennox furnace cleaned. I do not want the older Tech that used to come & clean my old furnace. He did not like it when I asked him to wear a mask. All the years I was a customer, I never had an issue like this.
