Performed plumbing inspection for customer. Found no immediate issues. Customer upstairs shower valve doesn’t work and Lav faucet hot side doesn’t work either. Customer mentioned they don’t use that bathroom. We did overhaul hvac system and also replaced water heater and water pressure.
