Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set system for a call for heat. Measured the systems static pressure and measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Checked interior of the air handler for cleanliness. Verified operation of the electric heat strips. Went outside and verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components of the heat pump. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Heating system is operational at this time.
