Arrived for furnace check today. Furnace is 10 years old and ac is around 30 years old. Found the blower wheel is very dirty. The coil is covered in bacterial growth, dirt, and hair. This is causing the furnace to overheat. It’s blocking airflow and making unit less efficient. I recommend my filed supervisor to come out and discuss these issues and others you brought up.
