Excavating under patio homeowner will have patio removed to where all we need to do is dig. We will ensure on where the blockage is and repair that section of pipe. Homeowner will have a up to 10 feet. The customer reported that one side of the house was backing up and producing gurgling noises for approximately two days. We began our inspection to determine the cause of the backup and constant gurgling. The main stack was located, and the mainline sewer was checked and found to be clear. We then inspected the downstairs bathroom to determine if a sewage pump was present and found the sewage pump located behind the toilet. We removed the toilet and accessed the pump by removing the rear wall access panel. The sewage pump was operational; however, the discharge line appeared to be clogged. A camera inspection was performed through the discharge line, revealing a complete stoppage under the deck. The line was full of water, and the exact cause could not be determined at that time. We pro
