Customer called in needing tankless water heater flushed and have crossover valve removed. Upon arrival, went over pricing for tankless flush. Customer under the impression that tankless flush was part of agreement. Reached out to office and only tank water heater flushes are under maintenance. Tankless are not. Customer will go ahead and take care of maintenance himself. Customer also not worried about crossover valve anymore.
