Westin Sinclair, who is friendly and professional, came out and diagnosed the problem with the new AC unit. Later that day Joe Kile made the repair. Joe has been to my house on two separate occasions. He is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about AC. The repair was covered by the warranty, and I am pleased with the work and the service.
