In December of 2024 LBA installed a new furnace and central air conditioning system in my home. The furnace worked great all winter, but when it came time to use the air it was a completely different story. It kept freezing up, thawing out and flooding the furnace with water. LBA sent a repairman out 2 different times to diagnose and fix it. They both said they did, but the A-coil kept freezing up. Finally, LBA sent Johann Aguilar who correctly diagnosed that the A-coil had a leak. To LBA's credit, they sent out a different repairman with a new A-coil the same day and he replaced it. The warranty completely covered the repair, and the air has been working great.
