Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are PVC with metal fittings and connections. No standing water at the time of inspection but there were water marks indicating water has been in the ducts. The elbow under the foyer from the vent near the front door is broke allowing stone to enter the ducts. This would need to be dug to be replaced. Downspouts need to be extended all around the building and some type of retaining wall installed to prevent water from accumulating next to sliding glass door.
