This incident did not meet my expectations, based on my past experience. I ran out of oil on a Tuesday night, so I called Wednesday morning. I have automatic delivery, but it had not yet been scheduled (last delivery was in the spring). I was advised that I would be put on the schedule for delivery that day. It didn't happen. I called Thursday morning (the temperature inside the house was 55 degrees by then) and was promised delivery by noon. That did happen. The delivery was smooth and the driver was polite and professional. It was just disappointing to not receive more timely response.
