Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired high efficiency boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed heat exchanger cover. Cleaned heat exchanger. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. Clear condensate lines. Confirmed system is operating and heating properly at this time.
Tankless Water Heater Installation: At the client's residence, I executed a meticulous tankless water heater installation, catering to their need for on-demand hot water. I carefully mounted the unit, connected it to the water and gas lines, and tested for optimal functionality. This installation guarantees efficient hot water delivery while minimizing energy consumption, providing lasting comfort and convenience.
AC System Repairs: During my assessment of the client's HVAC system, I discovered a refrigerant line restriction caused by a kink. I corrected the kink in the refrigerant line to restore proper refrigerant flow and system performance.
