Arrived onsite for fault in electrical safety circuit. Previous found blown fuse inside the air handler. Started by confirming voltage to the air handler at 240 volts. Measure 120 volts to ground on L1 and L2.
Arrived on site for no cooling. Went to attic to check air handler, Air handler was shaking very aggressively. Possible issue with fan motor Glass fuse blew, short circuit some where. Cant check were, no fuse replacements on standby.
For recent heat pump installation. Rewired thermostat and system per manufacturer’s specifications. Standard heat will default to heat pump. Aux/emergency heat, which is the radiant heat from the boiler, will come on if outside temperature falls below 35 degrees. Added relay to boiler which is powered by air handler transformer. Relay connected to the Taco zone control for kitchen. Yellow tab. Also note common wire is wire nutted together behind thermostat got relay. This brings common back to air handler transformer.

Air conditioning repair for customer who had no airflow coming from their vents. Found dirty air ducts and filters were the cause of the problem. Whole-house air duct cleaning performed and the air filters were replaced. The unit is now operating as it should.
