After placing my order for an oil fill, I was not given a date for delivery. When I called the office, I was told 5 days excluding week end Then I ran out of oil and had to pay additional $50. To startup system. Technician filled the tank without starting up my system , I immediately notified the company and was given every excuse in the world why the tech didn't compete the job.. I had to wait 4hours for the same tech to come back and complete the job. Tech was apologetic but office manager was rude when I called the office to inquire. Sheila Austin Clinton
