Arrived on site for condensation pump leak. Upon there was no water on the floor. Customer stated that they cleaned up the puddle and that the condensation pump starts pumping when it's alertedly full. Put in water inside the condensation pump the pump did not activate until I shook the pump vigorously.
Afternoon Arrival; Comfort Club 1C-New customer, Rental unit- AC is not working, friend put in "little pink things, fusions?" went to unit outside, open panel and wires were fried. Turned unit off, he started touching unit with tools and it turned on. Unit may be about 8 years. She did mention "upstairs is getting no cooling at all" Customer is aware of cost of service. I told her we may be able to move her up to Monday, she was okay with that.
