Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 1 gas fired furnace. Turn heat on and confirmed operation. Changed 12x24x1 filter provided by homeowners. Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Measured 60 degree heat rise. Cleaned the flame sensor. System is operating as it should. Note: the ac evaporator coil is significantly rusted and system may not make it through next season.
