Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 1 gas fired high efficiency furnace. Turn heat on and confirmed operation. Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. No visual impingement detected. Cleaned the flame sensor. Cleared combustion condensate drain. Observed slight blockage. Checked electrical. Measured 95 degree heat rise. This is over the operational range. It may be due to high performance restricted allergy filter. System is may be near the end its life cycle. If over heating continues recommend upgrading the furnace and AC system.
