Arrived onsite for Gold repair in air movement system. Began by removing furnace blower motor. Found the motor very dusty and observed failed motor seals with lubricant all over the fan blade and housing. Removed blade and housing. Used chemical solution to clean fan blade and housing. Used anti microbial cleaner on air movement compartment to remove residual dirt, dust, and lubricant.
