Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system . Turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside coils, Measured temperature drop at 20 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and condensate line. Change 12x24x1 filter provided by homeowner. System running as it should.
