Arrived onsite for heating maintenance gas fired high efficiency furnace located in basement Basement Furnace: turn heat on and confirmed operation. Customer already changed aprilaire media filter. Observed humidifier but customer doesn’t use it. Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. Blew out condensate line. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Homeowner shared concerns with noisy, shaking blower motor. Called supply house and order new parts under warranty. Blower wheel and motor. Cleaned the flame sensor. Measured heat rise at 40 degrees. System is operating as it should except blower motor.
