Arrived on site for maintenance. Went to the air handler to inspect the filter and evaporator coils, coils looked clean. Filter is due for replacement and customer does not have one on site to replace. Looked at the P-trap, feet trap was a little bit cloudy with gunk, blew it out with a CO2 cartridge. Went outside to the condenser after turning the thermostat down, condenser started up normally. The wash down condenser coils with chemical and water. After washing down condenser hooked up Fieldpiece gauges to check pressures of refrigerant. Pressure seems fine high pressure was a tad allow. Cooling inside Peak at 19 degrees in temperatur. Superheat being 14 and subcooling being eight and the supply vent supplying 55° temperature.
