8:45-9:45 AM Arrival- EPP 3H Seasonal Maintenance. Customer mentioned that the install team told him that they needed an "inspection" on their system. He said that the maintenance was never completed for the heating system this past year, but it actually was completed in January. I wonder if he may be talking about the start up or the maintenance. I see no notes in either system that mention an "inspection" or that anything extra needs to be done here. UPDATE: I spoke to Joe, he said he believes that it's the town inspections for the new unit that we installed. Joe said he has to see if permits were filed for it. He said if customer asks again, let him know that we are looking into it as there aren't any notes that the town sent us the permit costs. I do not believe filters will be needed, last appt. said that filters just needed to be cleaned. Please confirm filter info. for next time.
