Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 2 gas fired furnaces and 1 mini split. Homeowner interested in upgrading his basement furnace to match efficiency of his recently installed AC system. Also, would like to improve ductwork. Has several supply lines to the second floor sealed off but leaking air into the wall. Also would like to add supply registers to a couple rooms.
