Arrived on site for maintenance. Turn on first and second floor ac, First floor had 10 degrees temp split. TXV Sub cooling 0.6 Superheat 26.5 Second floor has 20 degrees temp split. Piston Subcooling of 0.9 Super heat of 26.1 Customer wants leak testing done on first floor. Mini split had a temp split of 26 degrees. Washed down both condensers, minisplit just used water. Customer said they just changed filters recently. Rinsed out mini split filters. All unit works well, but first floor has a leak. Customer acknowledged second floor has potential leak. Decided to ride it out for a year or 2. Customer wants furnace for first floor as well.
