Perform the maintenance for the gas hot air furnace in the attic, removed the filter and picked up and replaced it with a new 20x25x4 pleated filter. Removed and cleaned the flame sensor, checked all electrical plugs and connections, confirmed operation of the blower motor, draft inducer motor, and gas valve. Cycled the furnace and confirmed proper operation of the heating cycle, the furnace is operating properly.
