Arrived onsite for no cooling. The thermostat was blank. Confirmed power to system and confirmed power to Nest thermostat. Temporarily installed other nest thermostat and cooling started.8-9 am Arrival; Customer having issue with 1st floor unit where AC is not operating. Just a heads up, installers are there- Joe told me to send jack for the service.
