Installed both condenser and evaporator coil in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation manual and state code requirements. Braised in new 3/8” liquid and 3/4” suction line set from the condenser to the evaporator coil. All braze joints were completed using nitrogen flow and inspected thoroughly. Performed a full leak test on the entire system—no leaks were found. All joints were verified to be sealed properly. The condenser was leveled and spaced according to clearance code requirements. Pressure tested the system with dry nitrogen and confirmed it held pressure with no drop, indicating a sealed system. Pulled a vacuum to below 500 microns, confirming complete moisture removal. The evacuation was successful.
