Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 2 high efficiency gas fired furnaces: 1 in basement and 1 in the attic. Attic Furnace System. Turn heat on and confirmed operation. Changed filter 16x20x1 provided by homeowner. Brushed and Wiped down furnance blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. Blew out condensate line for the condensing furnace. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Cleaned the flame sensor. Measured temperature rise at 38 degrees. Note homeowner requested that humidifier remain off. System is operating as it should.
