Arrived on site for maintenance. Customer stated there is no issues with the unit as of yet. Customer let me to the basement with a unit is at. Change the filter of the unit by taking the cage apart and then putting it back together. Cleared out easy trap. Went to the inverter condenser unit saw it running normally. Washed down the unit with just water and no chemical. Coils of the condensing unit are looking clean, air flow improved. Check the temperature split from the return duct and the supplied duct in the basement temperature difference reached 19° difference. Check the evaporator coils the metering inside device inside the coils is a TXV, coils look good as new. Updated customer of status of unit and customer acknowledged.
