Arrived on site to an ac maintenance. Went to thermostat to confirm cooling operation. Went to outside condenser and chemically washed and rinsed unit. Took pressure readings and took electrical readings on unit. Went to inside air handler blew out condensate line and filter was already changed by homeowner. The indoor temperature drop for the system was an 18.9. There was discovery of organic growth on blower and evaporator coil. The customer does not plan on getting an install anytime soon but would like an estimate for a 3 ton air handler and an economy 3 ton system air handler and condenser.
