Horizon site for fan blade condenser replacement and motor replacement. Went to the condenser and unplugged the disconnect to operate on the condenser safely. Unwired the fan and motor from the condenser and remove the motor and fan completely. Install the new motor and fan, tucked out capacitor and replace with a new one. Make sure the wiring of the fan and motor where secure and out of the way of the fan blades. Wash down condenser with evaporator coil cleaner, there was no access to water so you don't pump with water to clean it down. Plugged disconnect back in power on the unit went inside and called for cooling on a thermostat and cooling was achieved. Inside the duct work reading was 40 to 49° and the return was receiving 73° air. Went outside to check on the condensers fan and the fan was spinning. Checked pressures to see everything running smoothly and everything was running smoothly.
