Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 1 gas fired furnace 1 in basement and 1 power humidifier. Basement Furnace System: Turn heat on and confirmed operation. Changed 16x24x1 filter provided by customer. (16x25x1 provided) Brushed and Wiped down furnance blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Measured .90 amps in the inducer motor. Cleaned the flame sensor. Measure temperature rise at 51 degrees. Observed significant build up on the fan wheel; recommend replacing or cleaning. Also; recommend updated polarized filter yo capture more free and smaller particles in the air. Occupants have significant allergies. Changed panel 35 and plastic casing provided by the homeowner. System is operating as it should and will send estimate for upgraded air quality recommendations.
