Went for a service call today. AC was not cooling properly. Washed the condenser unit and checked refrigerant levels. After diagnosing the situation. I noticed that the unit is leaking refrigerant. After performing a leak search, I found the leak in the evaporator coil. Thank you for choosing LBA services!

Completed furnace inspection for customer. All aspects of furnace tested within manufacturer specifications. No recommendations at this time, system operating normally.
Went for a maintenance call today. Started at the air handler, did a static pressure test, it passed. Did a cubic feet per meter count, it met the correct size for the tonnage of the unit. Blower motor amperage passed. When looking at the blower wheel, I noticed it was slightly dirty. Temp split between the return and supply duct passed. Outside unit got washed. The amperage for the compressor and fan motor passed. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
Arrive to customers for AC inspection, And during the inspection we noticed that we have failed CFM count an old furnace with a lot of rust buildup. Seven scheduled for a follow up inspection in August 23 8 AM
