Arrived for ac check today. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, it’s running over the max. Blower wheel is very dirty and needs to be cleaned. Motor amps are running a little high then should be. There is a 21 degree temp split. Ducts are building up dirt and debris too. At the outdoor unit I cleaned coil. Pressures and charge looked good.
