Dispatched for furnace blower motor not operating. After a thorough inspection of the whole system it was determined to have a bad ECM. The secondary heat exchanger is extremely clogged with debris and is restricting the airflow and created the motor to over amp and burnout. The blower wheel also has a lot of debris built up. To proved a proper solution and for the system to move air properly the wheel needs to be cleaned and the secondary heat exchanger need to be cleaned. Also the primary heat exchanger is showing excessive amount of heat stress.
