Arrived for ac check today. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, it is now running under the max. I did lower the cooling speed one speed tap. By doing this we are now moving the right amount of air, motor amps dropped, temp split went from 18 to 21 degrees. Blower wheel is clean. At the condensing unit I cleaned coil. Pressures and charge look good. Compressor and fan amps are good. Capacitor tested in range. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.
