Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system. New homeowner. Does not know filter size. Turn AC on to confirm operation. Found outside condenser surrounded by mulch. Cleared it out the best I could, condenser not properly draining rain water. Found significant debris inside the condenser. Removed and cleared drain holes but too much earth surround the system. Recommend raising the condenser about 3-4 inches.
