Greeted customer upom arrival. Customer lead me to air handler, condenser, thermostat. Checked out air handler's coils, good as new. Sprayed cleaning chemical on coils. Turned on cooling. Condenser turned on normally. Switched condenser off for maintenance. Washed condenser with chemical qnd water. ●Liquid line refrigerant cap was threaded, stuck on. Needs replacement. Checked difference in temperature. Temperature drop peaked at 18°F. Unit's filter was slighty dirty, customer decided to not replace just yet. Customer mentioned that once they turned on unit before leaving the house, came backafter 50 minutes, never powered on. Didnt find an issue. Customer also mentioned random clicking like sound in main bathroom. No sound was detected by technician. Informed customer on status and info of unit, customer acknowledged and signed off.
