Performed maintenance on a gas-fired boiler. Verified operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Cleaned all burners, wiped the burner compartment, inspected electrical components, and checked external water parts, including the expansion tank, fill valve, backflow preventer, and circulator pump (measured 0.7 amps). Measured 3.8wc on the gas valve. Due to the age and condition of the system, upgrading is recommended.
