Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system. Turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside coil, measured pressures for R22 at 58/156psi with 13 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 65 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 18 degrees. Changed filter 20x25x1 provided by the homeowner. Cleaned evaporator coil and blew out condensate line. Performed efficiency test utilizing MeasureQuick. System running as it should.
