Arrived on site for A/C maintenance. Customer lead me to unit. Customer stated no issues with unit as of yet. Customer changed filter a month before maintenance, filter was still changed on maintenance, was dirty. Customer had A/C running already. No issues. Condenser running normally. No access to water outside, no where to hook up hoses. Checked pressures with gauges. Put temperature probes inside unit's ductwork.
